Bethesda Therapeutic is right there. You should be able to find it on a map. I've been there once and it was mostly Russians / Eastern European women. Some were quite attractive, but they're not particularly sensual or engaging. At least they weren't with me. Haven't been in maybe a decade so YMMV a lot.

If you head up the Pike, you'll find a bunch of places in Rockville that may or may not have extras. It's hit or miss in Monty County.

I've never been to Bethesda Therapeutic so I can't speak to what, if any, extras are available. Keep in mind that Montgomery County has been hostile to the hobby for well over 20 years. Any visit to any MoCo massage establishment is far more likely to be miss than hit.

The one provider with whom you might be able to get extras on a first visit is Luba, aka Marianna, who works out of a private residence in the Wheaton area. That is, if you don't mind a plump Ukrainian woman in the GILF age range with a very limited service menu (HJ and perhaps between her tits). The Montgomery County forums have plenty of reviews about her.

I'm still learning lingo for this hobby and I may have pricing lingo wrong so bare with me, but house fee being standard I understood, was that "everything $. 4" a ben+40 as a tip bringing total cost to $$ or was the total cost that $. 4. In my experience you can get away with $. 4 total but I also know inflation hasn't been pretty which is why I ask.

Curiosity got the best of me. With nothing on my work schedule I took the hour and half drive to check out the new place. I texted them yesterday to ask a few questions, time they opened and if there was a table shower. They open at 8:30 and do not have a table shower, but a stand up shower. I arrived a little after 9 and sent a text to ask if they were open and yes was the reply. Walked in the front door, typical 2 door system with ring cam at the second door. She collected the house fee. 6 and said to get ready, when she returned the smock came off and she was wearing a short loose dress. I had placed my clothes on a chair in the room, she unfolded a towel and placed it over the chair covering everything on it and then placed the smock on the towel. She started on my shoulders and neck and was applying a nice soothing medium massage. She was at the head of the table leaning over my head as she was working my shoulders and upper back. Thanks for sharing. Waiting in front of the 2nd door for a minute is definitely meh because you might encounter another monger just trying to open the first door. BTW you think you could've chosen a lady if you'd wanted to?
