First I want to thank Indyjc01 and Andes for the PMs and showing some places to visit while I out here in Indy, here's a summary of the places I visited over the last couple of days.

A few days following my Phoenix report, I found myself passing through Indianapolis again on my return trip to Ohio. Coral Spa, just south of Carmel is likely what you are looking for in terms of AMP's. I don't have any outcall recommendations but you may want to check into the Discrete Info section of the Indy forum. I believe they are generally located north / west. Not far from Carmel. But I dunno for sure (never tried them).
