Tread very carefully. I was in a similar situation a couple years ago. Not that I was fully committed to the plans but I did actually entertain the idea pretty seriously. Turns out I was one of 2 guys she was auditioning. She worked at Cherry Blossom off Old Winter Garden one month and met guy #1, then she worked in South Florida the next month then met me. Everything continued like that for a month, then she ghosted me. Her being in NY and there being a bunch of great parlor girls down here made it easy to forget.

6 months go by and she messages me out of nowhere. Says she has a serious boyfriend. They are going to China to meet her family, then get married, etc. Even showed me a picture of them together. As for tips, you've mentioned talking about her future plans. Does that include her retiring from the work? That would be the main indicator if its real. That and if her plans include you in it. That's all I can say.
