Looks wise I'd rate high, but not 10. Maybe a 10 for Kensington, but I have definitely had hotter on the Ave. The times I have seen her, she has had makeup on to make herself look presentable but she has often wore the same clothes for several days straight. Like any new pair of shoes, they need to be "broken in". Unfortunately, that whole poor service BS that's been reported is a non-starter for me.
