Waltham is good as ever. You mentioned Rose, assuming that you are talking about Rose aromatherapy, it's consistently good. The toilet is still pink! You probably remember that. A lot could be had there, including BBBJ and covered FS, but those are dependent on the current personnel. And they rotate out fast. South St second floor is a guaranteed FS, but it's 200. The old High St place is pretty good now. But getting FS would require some serious effort. You mentioned Nico, her place is great but no FS, at least not for me.

Both 986 and renovated 1060 kind of suck now. But it could change tomorrow, when someone new arrives. You decide what you may like.
