So currently in process of trying to get verified for BIE. I was curious is everything (verification, scheduling, etc) is done through telegram or am I expected to call first? I sent message on telegram that has apparently been recieved and read but got no response so I'm curious if I just have to be patient or if I'm supposed to call.

Agency said Kimmy charge 100 for BBFS? Can anyone confirm? Also, is multiple pops allowed and included or have to pay extra? Hard to tell based on her TER reviews. Not many mention of 2 or more pops. Agency sent menu and said Multiple pops allowed but for extra. If anyone can answer that would be great. BBFS is great but for there has to be more than one pop allowed LOL.
