The thread's really only dead because the people with intel don't really feel the need to post and there are better options than DC pretty close by.

Anyway in DC.

1. Deanwood. The Intersection of Eastern Ave NE and Lee St NE is active at all times of day but best I guess between 8 am-10 am and 8 pm-5 am.
