I don't recall ever seeing a name, but I recall from previous reviews that she hosts out of the same hotel where she works as a housekeeper and that there may be some language barrier or a thick accent making communications challenging. I have the same issues, it has to do with a SSL mismatch because they are using something similar to cloudflare to mitigate DdoS attacks. Right now the only way I can access the site is via firefox by removing the https protocol.

Problems started over a month ago. Had to use different browsers / isp / dns servers before finally getting through. Someone posted that you have to remove the secure connection (http. Also, chrome and edge don't allow incognito mode where firefox does.

This site used to go down for a period each day for backups. It may be related to that and the hosting system is simply delivering a different message due to something not being available.
