Money has gotten tight and prices have gone up. Used to be $100.00 (60 house with 40 tip) got a very nice HE / HJ. Now then little extra thrown in. Full service was $100.00 if she liked you.

Now, house is often $80 and ladies want about same for a HE. Full service is often $160.00 to $200.00.

The https vs. Http thing might be part of it. Another contributing factor might be the perpetually sub-tier services available in the Baltimore metro wasteland. I've found the extra time spent traveling to Greenbelt or NOVA to be well worth it.
