It is true that these scammers do not need the full card number to drain the funds of the card. I had one such bad experience in my early days.

One provider spoke to me for several days and appeared legit. On the day of appointment, she gave me the approximate address and said she would give me the accurate number once I show some commitment that I am serious in meeting her.
