I spend some time just chatting first. A lot of the "real" girls on there don't have a "price". Yeah, maybe the last guy gave her WAY too much, but if you build some connection, they often take less if they actually enjoy your company.

At the risk of being a "market maker" and not wanting to make the first move, I've been hesitant to throw out the first number. 9 times out of 10, the ask from the SB is high of my threshold, and I have to back them down (to their disappointment). I'm debating leading with an offer (either at or below my threshold) that may be higher than their "lowest" PPM. Wanted to see if folks had a preferred method to get to an agreed price with the least amount of disappointment.
