Sam is alive, well and is taking calls. Saw her a few says ago. Clean place, aims to please, top-notch mouth skills and she's smart enough to read how you like it. From what I hear, there was some remodeling being done for unknown reasons in a couple of rooms. I don't believe much activity was happening over there of late.
