Is the issue with Best and Shanghai, I mean this IS work for them so it's rare for a provider to be at the top of their games all of the time. Plus, I think many of us, myself included have become a bit spoiled as to how hot they are at a very good price point and pretty open services. I rarely if ever see them respect appointments when I text. At most I'll get something back that she's busy for X amount of minutes.

I think they know that guys will wait or see someone else so they just say ok or come in.
