Sometimes, you will vibe with your cuddler, and extras can be had for free if the moment hits. Otherwise, it's usually spelled out before the act, depending on how much is available on the menu. Could be anywhere from $50 on up to $500 or more. Best to figure that out before meeting, so you don't waste your time or money.
