In the future, try tapping on one of the pics to do a Google Lens image search, particularly if the pics look slick and potentially TGTBT. Doing that quickly revealed those pics to be used on various other sites around the country (including one for TS escort). You could TOFTT if you'd like, but this looks like obvious BS to me.
