I've got to agree with you on this one. I drive by Shine often. I had written them off, since I almost never do legit places. Except for TOFTT, I don't even do L1 spots. Based on his false report I would have already wasted my money at Shine to test the waters, if the new spot at Madison and Stop 12 hadn't just opened.
