It's difficult to recommend a spa that offers BB since these places constantly rotate their personnel. I've met a few that gave me BB. But on the next visit, another girl wouldn't do it. Went Korean? Doubt it. The pictures are of South Korean actresses the mamasan probably thought was attractive and downloaded the pic but didn't know how to crop it.

Don't know the spas in the area, but based on my experience, your budget is too low for what you want.
