That's between a bit unrealistic to wildly impossible depends on the time of the day, even if there's no waiting time at all of the locations, you still have the 405 traffic to contend with.

Saw a new spot open up in DT Renton and wanted to check it out. Rang the doorbell and got greeted by a 40-50 year old in a green dress.
