Yes, the front door is visible, but the outer door opens into a tiny waiting area with another inner door, so there is no time spent waiting for someone to answer the outer door.

With more staff might be easier now. But that does mean more traffic to come. I would recommend early morning 9-10 am. Sometimes 11-1 is slow. But for sure after around 10 pm tends to be quiet. Yes, 10 am is pretty standard, although sometimes surprised by places that are supposedly open at 9 am. You can check on Google Maps to see the high traffic times, which would give you idea on what hours a place is open. I went to Diamond Professional in Ballard recently, and since we got interrupted by a new customer, she suggested that next time I show up at 8:30 am!
