Download the Dayuse app. It shows a list of hotels that offer dayuse. Rates are far lower than regular and you can typically get the room for 4 to 5 hours from like 10-2, 12-4, etc. I personally use the Best Western on alafaya by UCF with a sugar baby since she lives over there. It's 70 bucks and its a nice clean room. Far better than roach infested MotelX.
