Franklin County would not have an individual buy a home in their name to run stings out of; this makes zero sense for many reasons.

I was down there a few months ago. On walk in (early afternoon) they weren't ready and asked me to wait 20 or so min so I went to the bar on the corner. I shit you not at least 10 mongers came to the door in less than 15. It's a reliable spot but SUPER hot. Even the other patrons at the bar were joking about it being a known spot. While it seems reliable; if you're trying to keep low- its not going to be preferable.

Saw belinda this weekend. I think they know when they're becoming popular bc they raised the rates a bit. I was told 30 min FS was. 2 with no massage or BJ. 1 h FS with BBBJ and massage was. 3.
