I got the opportunity to finally stroll around the area last night at dusk and around midnight. I saw Angel hobbling up Penn toward Kzoo, what a mess! Black shorts, black shirt, bare foot and whatever is wrapped around her lower shin area. She's on her last leg, literally, no way I could've felt comfortable with spending any time with her. Saw a thicker WSW, pink shorts with what appeared to be some tattoos on her face with some bags by the pedestrian bridge, by the time I turned around she was gone. Saw her sitting down at a little park area by some catering trucks at the light a little later with a few people so I didn't stop. When I turned around to get a better look, a couple Lansing PD SUV's were slow rolling so I left the area. Seems to be a lot of traffic, not sure if mongers or community patrol, but definitely quite a few vehicles just circling around over and over continuously. Having been a visitor, recognized her instantly from all the discussion. Whatever was wrapped around her leg looked disgusting, as it was all soaked through with blood and I didn't really want to get all over my car.
