How do you gauge if they are safe for home or just hotel. Any pointers? For now I've just kept it an age thing. < 25 hotel.

My best SBs are the ones who don't have to be doing it to eat and aren't looking for emotional fulfillment from me. Those are usually the <25 crowd for me because I'm dating the college girls not the girls from White Center who dropped out of high school. My first SB is a neurosurgeon now probably making more than me. Had two others who were bi with female partners and permission to use Seeking to find dick for fun and profit. I can usually spot this from their profile but I give it a few dates to confirm. One-and-dones aren't ever coming over.

Downside is these are the girls who aren't desperate for money or attention and they are picky and thus demand a premium.

It's more art than science. If the woman is being crazy, she's never getting near my house. If I've seen her a few times and feel comfortable the she's chill, she can come.

I've had a few long-termers that have been over dozens of times without incident.

Actually not many are in Seattle. They do range across a wide swath of the area, down to Tacoma. But it would be nice if there were more.

I've seen her as well a long time ago. She would host in the big casino hotel up north. I can't remember if it was after a few meetups or when she started hosting at her place that she just randomly started being ok with uncovered without me even asking. I thought she was really friendly and is also super sensitive / multiorgasmic. Kind of a hefty lady though.

Things fell apart when like DelToro says, she texted and implied she wanted even more money in gifts and shit. Yeah, no, I'm not about to just throw money at her unless she ups her service. Basically just ghosted one another after that. The irony is I would've likely kept seeing her, but she got greedy.

Depends on the SB, most of mine I trust to come to the house. Yeah yeah yeah "they're all pros" or whatever but yes I trust the new-to-sugaring college gal who has a future over the lady with the 6 year old account who casually uses escort slang when describing her arrangements. Hotel rates are fucking nuts in the summer so until I splurge on a 1-bedroom in capitol hill just for sex dates they are coming to the house. That said I wouldn't invite 90% of the ones posted here over even if I were interested in them.
