Lots of complaints about appointments not being honored lately, I just had a chat with a spa owner / manager about it. She said they do their best to honor these, but you can't expect the girls to refuse customers if some other dude shows up 10 minute before you do, there's no guarantee you'll show up as there's no booking fee or anything like that, they are not incentivized to wait for you, and the other guy won't be happy to be turned away when there's no other customers. The best they can do is to put you in after their current session. But if you are a regular and the girl knows you then yeah they'll likely refuse other customers and wait for you, but it's still not guaranteed.
