Mira is very good. Go for the hour, if you like it and connect, then opt for the 90 minutes. The drive is a bit long as she's near Sudley and 234, I think it's worth it. The longer session includes more stretching and more time on back, legs, neck, face, and chest. Very relaxing and I usually fall asleep at some point.
