Recently re-registered and this is my first post / review since then.

I couldn't find much in terms of reviews for Harley (maybe one positive?) so I decided to make an appt. I'm glad I did.

Great with communication and she's everything and more in regards to the pics in her ad. Also very nice looking. Very pleasing personality. Really works at making you feel comfortable and you feel like you've known her for years ten minutes in. She recently opened her own studio / suite off from 44th and it's very nice. Really nice atmosphere. Clean.

I agree. Something is off on this whole deal. It doesn't appear her attorney did her any favors. My main question is why was she singled out, and what made her a target. There's a whole section devoted just for escorts, along with some listings in the massage section that say everything is available. So if prostitution is such an evil thing, why go after a massage parlor where on occasion one might encounter an isolated FS, and instead go after those blatantly openly advertising escorts.

I've personally never seen Milan nor have I ever even graced the doorsteps of JD, so take my 2 cents with a massive grain of salt.

But just from hearing the details with the initial bust and the fallout after, my gut has been shooting off the red "this is revenge" flags heavily, and even more so with recent details. Just something about all of this and the charges brought scream "personal vendetta" to me. Even accounting for the attempt to get the client list, I think that's more a matter of opportunity than motivation. I mean, what better way to make this look like a proper sting instead of settling a score? AND you can obtain a list of johns to bust to add to the rap sheet, win-win.

Seems like this was all more about punishing Milan specifically with busting a shady massage parlor being a secondary, albeit rather useful, front to justify it. But that's just my conspiracy.

Without knowing all the facts, on its face this whole mess seems a bit off. From the arrest to sentencing. My past gives me an inside advantage point in such matters and what occurred just doesn't fit the norm, especially given from what I recall her place wasn't FS. And clearly there was no trafficking. Normally she wouldn't have spent any time in jail. So yeah, poorly negotiated plea deal or there is more to the story.

No massage license for business, red flag 1. No licensed masseuses, red flag 2. High foot traffic, red flag 3. Nearby businesses questioning activity, red flag 4. Non AMP, red flag 5. The AMPs don't want white women running competing businesses. Promotion on USA by nice guys garners more visibility to LEO, red flag 6.

The non licensing part was a good start to tip someone off. If silent observer was indeed used they would look into the claim. I heard but cannot confirm a woman who worked there got picked up and said she was having her work guys to pay for something, which falls under trafficking. Another said Milan was charging the women too much money and would charge them if they didn't show up on time, so you have an illegal unlicensed business also violating employee protection laws without having legal contracted workers on staff. The thing you are pointing out is the reason these other women stupidly enter the same space because they think if someone else gets away with it they should too. Dumb logic there. Her plea deal was poorly negotiated and she gets to pay for that or play nice with law enforcement and put others at risk.

And part of the reason she got such a long sentence was her refusal to give up names. You're constantly criticizing her while consistently omitting the fact that she's doing this time in part because she didn't take the path of least resistance, which would've worked out way better for her.

You don't do a year in county for what she did regardless of giving up names. Find any individual in the states who got a year for being a hooker and I'll stand corrected. She took a shit plea deal. Watch the video and feel sorry for her but you hang with snakes you get bit sometimes too. Who she knows is still at risk until she's out on probation she could flip CI for less time. Nice guys watch out and be safe.
