Your title says Powell recon, the place I replied on (and gave a searchable name: Qing Qing) is on Powell, aka US26, specifically 8201 SE, it's across the 82nd from BAMBŪ Desserts & Drinks (8001 SE Powell). That was my best guess based on proximity to "bamboo" drinks, Powell, and Hong Phat.

Regarding Chi Spa (that name is searchable in GMaps) or L&B, or whatever, the address is 324 SE 82nd. I checked it several times on my way to Baoju, there were never any interesting girls there, either old, or out of shape, or both. They do have an airlock style set up with lobby separated from the inner area by a metal grate, and it's always locked, I doubt they do it only when they are busy. If someone is at the lobby my bet is the girl will leave you to answer it.

Best I can describe was down the street from hong phat, literally next door to that popular Mia drink place. I can remember the drink place's name, used to be called Mia and more but recently changed names to Mia108. But not the Massage place. Most them them are just "massage" to me.
