This hasn't happened to me (yet). Always use a burner phone or app when making first contact with an unknown. We could post screen caps or the pics from a "cartel ad". But there is nothing (except laziness maybe) to prevent them from using the pics of a known lady with a "new number".

If ever get one of these, I'll be tempted to reply with a dick pic. Could be a very effective deterrent if everyone did the same.

Been "threatened" a couple of times and had to change my burner number to get away from them blowing up my phone. Once I had them using multiple numbers as I blocked one, I get another one. Met with Jade after about a 15 minute delay on her end. She's the girl in the photos, but they're either 10 years out of date, heavily filtered, or she's gone downhill hard. Had some belly sag and her face gave that meth / coke head vibe. The room wasn't a mess, but it wasn't clean either.

Against my better judgement, I carried on with QV and it wasn't great. Her body was worn down, in a way where no matter where you grabbed it felt "mushy", if that makes sense.
