I was lucky to see both this time. Both had their pros and cons. In short, both have similar body type and age. Personality wise, Tiff is more bubbly so easy to communicate. I've had the exact same experience. The last time I used SPP I got to the hotel on time, PTC, and she tells me she is running 10 min late, I'm like ok cool. 30 min later I say I have to go and leave and she gets mad saying she has to check in and all this other crap.
