No that's not the case. They unwrap it and then bring in just the condom. So there are not wrappers all over the place. They are buying them in bulk and under a quarter per condom. Yes they reuse towels but not condoms.

Opinions vary of course but imo the condoms they provide at the AMP are some of the best I've tried. I think they use Okamoto Crowns which are cheap but still quite good. Not 100% on that though. I have asked a few times for the girl to bring it in the wrapper so I can see but they never do. If one of you can find out for sure I'd be much obliged.
