Generally FS joints aren't a great choice if you're just seeking a HE. They are mostly expecting to generate FS revenue for the allotted timeframe, usually preferring HHR, and are often disappointed to be offered less. Less popular, lower volume places will be more likely to take a lesser amount for limited service. I've found FS shops that were fine providing HE service for a discounted rate with even better, (more naked) service. I had a couple that would get naked, table or standing shower with HE COT for 100 HHR out the door. But they're rare. Two are either gone or have switched owners. See my previous posts for details.
