Then you look at the picture and it pretty clearly has "extras" listed. My question is, does this look like a set up or a scam?

Kind of a strange dream around Pure 1. It happened Tuesday evening. Greeted by very in shape and attractive lady. I was taken to my room, and paid for an hour, she was excited and grabbed my crotch.
