Yes, by all accounts, that appears to be the case. Right now, Nali's dance card is full. Basically any day that she works, she will be fully booked up very quickly by her existing base of loyal customers. So what that means is, prospective customers just need to be patient. Over time, some of Nali's customers will decide to see other girls, or they will run out of money, or they will move away from LA, or even retire from the hobby.
