I've had something like this happen before, they'll say all the right things until you buy the card. Then they want photos of the card. Front and back. What I used to do is actually grab 2 cards, one I'll load, use the other for the photo if they ask for it. When they ask for the photos, I'll send the unloaded card photos and the receipt. This way they see I loaded a card just not the card in the photo. When they tell me it's blank I'll tell them I'll give you the card in person after the meet. You can see I loaded it today and they will typically ghost me.
