Irrespective, at some point Seeking has to realize that they are losing opportunity to increase revenue by not being able to process these cards.

Hopefully they can come up with some alternatives. Their website does state:

Not recently, but your description matches my experience a couple years ago. Very mechanical and lots of arbitrary rules. She may do it, but doesn't enjoy it. I honestly can't remember what the allowance was.
