While as you mentioned it's a bad idea 99% of the time (please let that factual percentage into account), I can't blame her for losing a Blu View 5. That phone takes more than 4 minutes to load any apps, deals with battery management / charging through an internal app meaning when you plug it in it literally disrupts your ability to use other apps, loses charge faster than most of the other Blu phones, etc. If you get these girls phones get them a Blu View 2 generally from Ebay.
