Just my 2 cents, I'm staying away from parlors, can't get the thought out of my head that the place is a storefront. Meaning if the blue boys want to walk in there give everyone bracelets I'm screwed. Probably fired from my job too among other things.

I am guessing a lot of people use the TextNow app to chase down those feral cats without disclosing your real number. You can save a picture to the background of the text messages and it's called wallpaper. There are street girls but there are also "gogo bar" girls. Where you can basically buy them a drink and hire them when their bar shift is over or something like that.
