+1 to what David said—I wish it was as simple as looking for the ad that didn't have revealing clothing, but that's not what the law requires. The cops are looking only to avoid an entrapment defense, and presumably to have enough evidence to make a solicitation charge stick. Entrapment isn't "but she looked real nice and was naked in her pictures" it's more like: "I wouldn't have engaged in the unlawful behavior but for the cop's conduct. " An example of the latter might be: the female cop locked the door and touched my junk, or she told me that if we didn't go through with the date her (fake) boyfriend was going to come out of the bathroom and beat me up.

Also, the cops can lie to you, and they often do. Good wisdom here. Too many make the mistake of thinking their burner phone gives them legal separation, so they can text whatever they want.

Its important to separate what LE can do and what they will do to get the bust. Don't bet on them following the rules or the prosecutor giving enough of a shit about it to enforce them, unless you can afford a lot of lawyer and potentially a lot of publicity getting it tossed because the ad that got you busted showed a little too much lip.

Keep your eyes on the local ad pages and you'll learn what looks like a trafficker, what looks like a local making ends meet, what looks like an addict, and what just looks wrong. LE is in that last category.
