I have noticed a number of Apartments lately advertising $80 qv. There has always been one or two out there but it seems a few more have joined the $80 QV club. Also, I have had several $100 places willing to do $80 to keep / earn the business.

I would suggest the market might be getting soft for a number of reasons we don't need to debate on this particular forum. I continue to find these establishments a vfm but hit or a miss.

Tried a few providers, but what I remember are these:

Roxy. Advertises frequently on the listing website frequently referenced here. Safe location (felt like I was in a deep rural Mexican town). There is another black / mixed girl. Roxy takes instructions, but average body and a dead fish in the bed. Started with a QV, but needed time to finish, so extended it half hour. Will not repeat. Half hr /100.

Andre at. There are three providers in that location. Two are 7/10 and one 5/10. I went with A. Brown, sporty body, perfect sizes. Started with a QV, but had to extend for hh. Greedy girl said I have to pay 100 as opposed to the difference. No choice but to say ok. She is playful and overall a good experience, but she extracts money. May repeat. Safe location.

I love the bg check that these establishments do. They ask you to park in a specific lot and will monitor you for a few minutes from a distant spot and will tell you the actual apartment number once they are convinced that you are safe. I always laugh when they try that CIA shit on you.

Caribe seems to be MIA. Any references for a good provider are appreciated. DM me if you like.
