Normally never venture into Chinatown, but I find myself frequenting the Loop more often than I used to and wanted to check some places out. I'm looking for a clean and low key place to get L1 (maybe L2) by a young (20's) and attractive spinner.

I've been to Orange before and found it a little dirty and aggressive for my taste.
