From personal experience I found the above to be true.

At a point in my life I was extremely careless and engaged in unprotected with SW's that were HIV positive mostly in OT and most of them from IV drug use. I was very fortunate and I'm deceased free and no longer play Russian roulette. I'm not suggesting to anyone to be careless but what he said is true. IMO.
