I suspect your doctor bought his MD down in the Cayman Islands. Herpes is very easily transferred via a BBBJ. Chlamydia and gonorrhea are likely only during deep throat, since that is where that bacteria will likely be in an oral infection, but the probability is very low. Syphillis is also very easily tranferred via a BBBJ. In reality, you're banking on the girl not ignoring any symptoms she may have.
