Quick tip for those who need it. Many people have been having login problems for USAG with the "15 retries message". It is probably due to spam / ddos protection filtering by IP. When this filter is on, it helps to stay logged in with the checkbox. Or if the login fails, to retry an hour or so later. Since it is an IP filter, it can sometimes be triggered due to VPN. Don't use the reset link, it won't help. How do I know? I last dealt with this exact same bug 15 years ago. Retry later, stay logged in if you are willing. You can freely use VPN as long as you are logged in.
