This right here is probably the best approach for that situation. Definitely ease into the conversation of something mutually beneficial over going to dinner and breaking the ice at first. I would somehow get into the topic of asking if she ever though about going down the SB route and see what she says and definitely go from there. You are correct PPM = Pay Per Meet. With a sugar situation you can PPM or do monthly / weekly allowance. Depends on the woman and what you both feel comfortable with etc.
