Recently saw Charlotte / Lotte in LA thinking it would be a new girl, but it was CAKD's Nikole that I had seen before in OC. I have not written up a formal review for her yet, but she's HYA in my book but is not very service oriented. Yes, that's the famous Phoebe. But she looks nothing like her profile pics. Not anymore. She's a bigger girl now and, yes, she's had TONS of surgery.
