Regarding ID, that is usually all I send. Vac and LTLV are pretty similar. I'd probably say LTLV is a little more convenient because they have more options and the location is closer to the strip. The location for them have always been about 10 min from the strip on Flamingo. VAC has always been about 20 min and further south. I believe both provide ride services. Idk how much. They are all the same. Even the one whose name shall not be mentioned. Its' a quick process and they discourage too far in advance. Same day or day before is fine. You can ask what they want for ID. It's different from locals than tourists. I did mine a few years ago and they wanted work I'd also. Don't know if they're screening for cops or what. But just ask them.
