Use different devices with different cards and info. Could be fingerprinting or persistent cookies.

It's a service generally targeted to business credit card accounts. V-numbers is the way to go though there is additional overhead for something like seeking as virtual numbers are usually one-use only and you'll have to input a new one each time you want to renew.

Virtual cards for Amex business account but I think it's by invite only, however you can access the same thing using extend (paywithextend.com). Just need an Amex business card.

That works with physical cards too. I know because that's what I'm using now and fictitious billing info.
