So here I am with a gift card I'll likely never use and no HX points. Card balance is still there when I check on the retailers actual website though. Been stuck this way for 3 weeks.

Frustrating that both sides point the finger at each other and shrug their shoulders.

Since you have a gift card, you should be able to use it for something.

I bet a couple of us would prebook. It depends on how far in advance and who. I didn't try harper when she was here, didn't look like the body style I wanted and from the limited pics with partially covered face, didn't think it would be what I want in that category either.
