I think if you are clean, friendly, not too rough on them, etc then that is the main thing they care about. Treat them well and usually they will reciprocate. Last year I lucked out at A2 (nowET) by chance and landed Sophia (milk).

QQ is going downhill and the success has got to their heads. The placed looked very messy when I got in today. I saw a monger with wrapped towel and and one laying on the massage table when I was getting out of TS. Also, it seemed like hygiene is going downhill too.
