Nobody questioned whether you were actually in Seattle. I believe you were. Your screen shots don't address any of my four concerns, which were:

1. You posted the same review in two separate sections in order to maximize visibility for the provider. That's shilly.

2. Your post history is nearly exclusively positive reviews of this spa's sister spa in your home town of Orlando, and now a double post for the same org's Seattle spot. Not a single sub-par experience? Your luck is better than mine.

3. Tokyo Spa wasn't that busy (or well reviewed) last month and really needs a good month. I know that's not on you, but it provides context for your promotion.

4. Your reported total donation is above the top end at this spa (and now in a follow-up post you said it was for 2 hours). When a review plugs a higher-than-normal rate it, the likelyhood of shilling slides upward.

TL; dr: I never doubted whether you were in Seattle. I doubt whether you are being objective.
